I've condensed the five existing categories into the following two:

* http://www.w3.org/International/multilingualweb/lt/wiki/Requirements#qualityProfile
I've also simplified the attribute naming conventions, eliminated one attribute that was superfluous, and specified that the LISA QA Model is the default error profile.
