This page provides information about the SVG Working Group face-to-face meeting that will be held in April in the UK. The current plan is to meet in London, but that is only tentative at this stage.
The meeting is after the [[http://libregraphicsmeeting.org/2015/ Libre Graphics Meet]], which some members will attend.

==Hotel information==

Other possibilities (neither of which are particularly good!):
* [http://www.accorhotels.com/gb/hotel-7942-novotel-london-blackfriars/index.shtml Novotel Blackfriars] - Nothing special and not particularly close (30min walk; 2km/1.3mi) but it was cheap when I (Brian) stayed there.
* [http://www.parkplazacountyhall.com/ Park Plaza County Hall] / [http://www.parkplaza.com/ Park Plaza Westminster Bridge] - This pair of hotels are nice, right next to the Westminster Bridge. Of the two, I think the Westminster Bridge one was nicer. Not particularly close (23min walk; 1.8km/1.1mi), a bit expensive, but otherwise good.
* [https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Member/w3c-svg-wg/2014JulSep/0002.html St Martin's Lane] - Very close to the office, a bit expensive.  Slightly discounted rate available by following that link and booking by July 30.

==Airport==

The closest international airport to the meeting venue is [http://www.heathrowairport.com/ London Heathrow] (LHR). Alternatives are [http://www.gatwickairport.com/ London Gatwick] (LGW), and [http://www.stanstedairport.com/ Stansted] (STN) (used for budget airlines, further from London). For shorter haul flights from the UK or Europe, [http://www.londoncityairport.com/ London City Airport] (LCY) may be convenient as it is closer to central London.
