In the linked page there are four paragraphs: a normal paragraph, a blockquote paragraph, a second normal paragraph and a paragraph floated to the right. The blockquote paragraph is incorrectly rendered in Amaya 11.3.1 with extra vertical spacing between the lines. If you remove the "float: right" attribute from the last paragraph, the blockquote paragraph again has single vertical spacing as expected. This problem also occurs in 11.3 but I'm fairly sure it didn't appear in 11.3-pre1 (I can't find the installer for this to test it).
