Added role and property to tables but need mappings and processing steps for all APIs.

scrollbar done for MSAA. For ATK, use ATK_ROLE_SCROLL_BAR.

aria-orientation done for IA2 and ATK. 

Should pick up UIA and Apple mappings through public review.

Done for MSAA, IA2, and ATK. Expect to get Apple mappings through public review. 

Closing this one as bug 8148 remains open to track the Apple mappings.
