Rationale: Just wrap the <figure> or <details> in a <div> if you need to target IE6 or IE7.

Marking as duplicate of bug 7657, which covers the same basic problem, and which was addressed by WG decision. Removing TrackerIssue from this to avoid duplicates messing up our statistics gathering.
