Isn't the summary table enough?

I agree that technically the list of what applies and what doesn't is authoring-level, but I figured it would not be as useful as the table, and so would probably be harmless if hidden. I can show the bookkeeping details sections if people think that's desireable, though. Reopen the bug and I'll remove their class=impl annotations.

The summary table is non-normative and doesn't say that some attributes are not allowed to be used. Surely the author view should contain all normative material that applies to authors?
