Firefox publishes 0 as min for missing aria-valuemin, and 0 also as max, for missing aria-valumax.

Rich and I think aria-owns should map to IA2_PARENT_WINDOW_OF. Does ATK have a similar relation?

This issue came out of the 6/15 ARIA TF meeting during the discussion of Comment 28.

Added to the table in the last question in section 6.7 Error Handling for States and Properties. Sliders and Spin buttons are the only roles where aria-valuemax and aria-valuemin are required properties.
