*** Bug 1182 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
I am a big fan of the online W3C link checker, but this is a feature which would be very useful, every page on my sites show errors from digits.com webcounter links (Response status code: 500, Response message: Server closed connection without sending any data back ) so the option of a regexp to ignore these would be really helpful, and should not be hard to implement.
Implemented in CVS, will most likely appear in version 4.4. http://dev.w3.org/cvsweb/perl/modules/W3C/LinkChecker/bin/checklink.diff?r2=4.52&r1=4.51&f=u
