From Masahiko: This section is largely specific to IAccessible2 and ATK. Need major rewrite or add clarificaiton that this is really talking about just the particular technology implementations.

AS: Added suggested introductory paragraphs from Masahiko.

Have reworked this section significantly. 

Moved forward relations to the state/property mapping table. Created table for reverse relations. Not sure these are relevant except for IA2 and ATK? Put the implicit ones (treeitem and aria-atomic) into a separate sub-section and indicated they are specific to IA2 and ATK. Moved error handling FAQs into a sub-section.

If clarify that reverse relations are particular to IA2 and ATK, I will change the text accordingly.
