Note we already have: http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/aria-implementation/#keyboard-focus_tabindex HTML5 description: http://www.w3.org/TR/html5/editing.html (see 6.5.1 Sequential focus navigation) Is this bug about reconciling the aria guide with the html5 guide on tabindex? Should proposed verbiage go in this bug? (Aside: We need to make sure we don't confuse this with the guidelines for web devs: http://wiki.codetalks.org/wiki/index.php/Docs/Keyboard_navigable_JS_widgets)
