Is <datalist>foo<table></table></datalist> is allowed? Content model talks about "first element child node".

Maybe the last argument to addColumn() should be "hidden" instead of "visible"? It's weird when absent argument is the same as true.

"If the icon argument is present and not null, and the given img element's complete attribute is false, then throw an INVALID_STATE_ERR exception and abort these steps." -- What happens when images are disabled in the browser?
