If validation is successful following message was issued.

Could you give details about how it is invalid? Do you mean that the page is not valid XHTML? Or that following the link does not work? And if the latter, in which circumstances?

I copied the url

http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/check/referer

to url of browser, but I cannnot find validated page.
  Now I recognize.
