The example should cover at least--
 - how to do comments
 - whether blank lines do anything
 - whether carriage returns matter
 - how to use each section

Added. Doesn't yet include a FALLBACK section, but I'll add another example of that at some point probably, once I've dealt with the feedback on that section and decided if we're keeping the feature or not.
