The NO_FRAMES test is still applied on objects according to the NoFramesTest.xsl stylesheet.

The check on objects was removed from latest draft since it is redundant with the check in CONTENT_FORMAT_SUPPORT:

[For each included resource (see 2.4.6 Included Resources):
 If the response specifies an Internet media type that is not "text/css", "image/jpeg" or "image/gif", FAIL]
