see http://getmobio.com/lite/station. the page has a title attribute on the card element and is reported as having no page title.  

also its report extraneous whitespace when there isn't such whitespace

The mobileOK checker only deals with XHTML-based pages, but clearly the Web interface should make that clearer.

You are talking about a WML page? the mobileOK Basic spec and checker only work with XHTML Basic (and MP) documents, so will fail on a WML doc. This is one symptom of that, that there is no <title> tag, so I think it is actually working as was intended.
