In the latest XQTS_current.zip the catalog appears to be missing the XQST0070 error for this test. This is also causing Catalog003 to fail.

I believe this report is invalid, since this change was done in response to an errata. See bug #5087.

Fair enough. In that case the scenario attribute needs to be changed from "runtime-error" to satisfy the consistency check in Catalog003.

A fix has been attempted in CVS, XQTS_current.zip is updated.

If the resolution is satisfactory, feel free to change status to CLOSED.
