When a test result concerns something besides the primary document (e.g. an external stylesheet) the <result> needs to reference this via a <location> element containing a URI.

Looks like this is already implemented, as <position> elements in the results specify a url attribute with this information. I added, for good measure, MEASURES-5 to test this.
