When running from the command line (via a script) I get:-

Parsing of undecoded UTF-8 will give garbage when decoding entities at /usr/share/perl5/LWP/Protocol.pm line 114.

Which version of HTML::Parser do you have installed?  Do you have a URL available that could be used to test/reproduce this the warning messages?  See also bug 3289.
