There are a number of places where styles have changed between 1.0 and 1.1, but some text has not been updated. Also a few places where singular/plural is not correct, or verb tense, or whatever. This bug is intended as a holding place for all such inconsistencies and other minor editorial oops!s. An add/del version will be produced for approval before adding the fixes into the status quo text.
In August and September 2009 the XML Schema working group performed triage on the remaining open issues in a WBS poll [1], whose results are summarized at [2] and accepted formally at [3]. In the course of that triage we decided to close this issue without further action. Since this is a WG issue, not an external one, I'm going both to mark it resolved and to close it.
