Title: Misuse of best practices in document Description: There are only two best practices in the document. They appear to be in the document because the sections they are included were moved from the guidelines document. This makes the document inconsistent in style. Justification: The document style is inconsistent. Including only 2 best practices is rather funny. Proposal: -- Either include best practies to other sections or remove the best practices in the Primer. My preference is the latter. -- Move the best practice for assertion versioning to the guidelines document. This is a guideline for the assertion authors.
