Comments received from Guy Lapalme (lapalme at iro.umontreal.ca) relating to the published schema for XSLT 2.0.

1. The xsl:document element is missing

2. The definition of xsl:sequence allows an "as" attribute, and child instructions other than xsl:fallback

The WG met on 17 April 2007 at the F2F at Red Hat and reviewed and accepted M. Kay's proposed schema.
