In Microsoft test set Additional, test groups addB078, addB078A, and addB078B all use the same schema addB078.xsd. This schema is invalid because it contains an attribute with type xs:ID having a fixed value.

The same problem is present in test group Microsoft/Additional group isDefault060_2, which uses the schema test95960_2.xsd

isDefault069, which also uses the schema test95960_2.xsd

This issue is a duplicate of 4054 and 4062.

This test should indeed be invalid. This is due a bug in the packaging process
of Microsoft schema tests.

Note that in XSD 1.1 it is now valid for an ID attribute to have a fixed value, so the test results change in XSD 1.1
