Checklink should [be made to] work on non-Unix platforms, at least the command
line mode password query should be changed to use Term::ReadKey, possibly
File::Spec should be used somewhere too.

Term::ReadKey (>= 2.00) is now used if available on all platforms, and one `pwd`
call was nuked by using URI::file->cwd() instead.  Tested on Win2K, seems to work.
