In the operator mapping table there are listed the functions

op:datetime-equal
op:datetime-less-than
op:datetime-greater-than

however in the functions and operators spec http://www.w3.org/TR/xpath-functions/#func-dateTime-equal these functions are listed with a capital 'T'

10.4.6 op:dateTime-equal
10.4.7 op:dateTime-less-than
10.4.8 op:dateTime-greater-than

This inconsistancy needs to be fixed. The other instances of dateTime in the table appear to be correct.

The same typo occurs and should be fixed in the operators mapping table in FS (section C.2).
