As a result of the specification change introduced by bug #3651, tests K-DateTimeFunc-4 and K-DateTimeFunc-5 now return an empty sequence rather than raising XPTY0004.

If I view my files, I have aligned with this change so somewhere the changes hasn't been picked up. I do not yet know where, how or what that has failed.

I aligned with those changes Mon, 18 Sep 2006 but they never made it into W3C's CVS, it was never committed. So, one can start betting on how many duplicates we will receive on this.

This should now be fixed in CVS(although XQTS_current.zip is not at this writing updated).
