The latest UI work sees validator.html.$lang use tabtastic and a toggle mechanism to encompass all options in one page. As a result, all validator-text.html.$lang, validator-upload.html.$lang and validator-uri.html.$lang are obsoleted.

Next update of the CSS validator on the production side (jigsaw.w3.org) should go with a configuration update of Jigsaw to provide redirections to the main interface page.

P.S: still waiting for .de and .nl translations, and need to cleanup some issues with .it translations, so this change should not be made immediately. Wait for the green light ;).

Done in December around "fuji" release.
