Description Daniela Florescu 2006-08-01 17:03:54 UTC
The text that describes the semantics of the delete
primitive operation (section 3.2.2 point 2.e) assumes
that a deleted node always has a parent. This might
not be true, so the text should reflect such a possibility.
Comment 1 Don Chamberlin 2006-09-12 22:00:38 UTC
The specification has been clarified to handle this case. If a node to be deleted has no parent, no change is made to the data model instance, and it is implementation-defined whether error XUDY0020 is raised.
