Concerning query 'fn-union-node-args-003' in Expressions\Operators\SeqOp\SeqUnion:

The source document 'bib2.xml' has an empty line between each <book> element. We believe these empty lines are significant and should be in the expected result also, as result of 

root($input-context/bib/book[3]/title)

The expected result does not include these empty lines. Can they be added?

Fixed fn-union-node-args-003.txt as part of bug#2954 fix.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think that the issue is not solved yet. The empty lines between the book elements are not in the expected result. We're running XQTS_current.zip v1.10

Note that this is different issue than the one described in bug#2954, that one is indeed fixed.

fn-union-node-args-003.txt is already fixed.
Please check the expected result in public cvs location.
Not sure if my fix got picked by XQTS_current.zip (v1.10).
