Last bullet in section 5.2 seems to need an editorial correction. It reads: "any unprefixed type name used in the type attribute of an XSLT instruction." but it should also cover the xsl:type attribute of literal result elements: "any unprefixed type name used in the type attribute of an XSLT instruction or in the xsl:type attribute of a literal result element."
