The whole test-set in _catalog-test-set.xml is marked schema-aware, but I don't think they need to be. In fact, quite a few tests in that set do not use the schema awareness feature.

I propose to fine-grain that per test so that non schema-aware processors can also run these tests (and that there will be less likelihood in introducing errors with writing new tests).

I've updated the tests and committed/pushed them, referencing this bug report. They still need some reviewing, I hope to get around doing so soon, so that I can close this bug report.
