Section 3.5 states:

"The semantics of div are defined in Section 4.2.5 op:numeric-integer-divide FO31. The semantics of idiv are defined in Section 4.2.4 op:numeric-divide FO31."

These should be swapped to:

"The semantics of div are defined in Section 4.2.4 op:numeric-divide FO31. The semantics of idiv are defined in Section 4.2.5 op:numeric-integer-divide FO31."

(along with the appropriate change of links.)
