At the bottom of section A.2 we link to https://www.w3.org/TR/2005/NOTE-timezone-20051013/, which flashes a red box that it is outdated.

It has been superseded since 2011 with https://www.w3.org/TR/timezone/.

I think it is best if we link to the canonical name instead of a specific instance, where possible.
