I used Speech API with Chrome.
But communication is blocked by my office firewall and can not be used.
Please tell me IP Range and Port.

This is not about the spec but about Chrome. https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/chrome sounds like the best place for this question, although perhaps Glen knows off-hand and can comment here. Closing the bug in any case.
