Some of the fn-transform error tests are no longer errors.

fn-transform-err-8

Description: Error - value supplied for option base-output-uri should be absolute

The latest spec says: If the value [of base-output-uri] is a relative reference, it is resolved against the static base URI of the fn:transform function call.

fn-transform-err-10, -11, -12

Description: Error - location of output documents (delivery-format serialized) undefined; no base-output-uri and xsl:result-document/@href is relative

The latest spec says: The effect of not supplying a base output URI is defined by the XSLT specification; the implementation may supply a default, for example the directory containing the stylesheet, or the current working directory.

I think the simplest solution is to delete these tests - they serve no remaining purpose.

This has been dealt with - the fn:transform test set has been revised considerably.
