Description Felix Sasaki 2006-03-15 12:45:21 UTC
Need for a rule of thumb in the tag set draft: Enter rules for translatable attributes before non-translatable elements. See http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-i18n-its/2006JanMar/0312.html for an example.
