This test expects error XTDE3420, which no longer exists.

Under our current rules, I think the test should succeed.

I have corrected the expected result so the test now expects success.

See further discussion on this test case in bug #29984. It turns out that as written the test is NOT guaranteed streamable, though it would become so if the literal attribute constructors were replaced with xsl:attribute instructions.
