In the new HTML5 rendition of the F+O 3.1 spec, the "Quick Contents" index does not render correctly.

I fixed this initially by removing class="toc" from the containing div element.

But since then, the Quick Contents list has been replaced by the new "Function Finder" which uses drop-down lists of functions.
