I found in the XSD in the current internal draft:

<xs:documentation> The use-accumulators attribute of xsl:stream, xsl:merge-source, or xsl:global-context-item: 
        either a list, each member being a QName; or the value #all </xs:documentation>

xsl:stream is now xsl:source-document
