The definition of atomization is out of date - it only covers nodes and atomic values (not maps/arrays).

[Definition: The term atomization is defined in Section 2.4.2 Atomization XP31. It is a process that takes as input a sequence of nodes and atomic valuesXP31, and returns a sequence of atomic valuesXP31, in which the nodes are replaced by their typed valuesXP31 as defined in [XQuery and XPath Data Model (XDM) 3.1].]

I removed the summary of the definitions, which is more lengthy now, and just link to the definition in XP31
