I have attached the screenshot describing the problem I stated above

In HTML5 Input element which is of type Number allows character 'e' to enter. When I tried to give different inputs to the input type "Number" I figured out that it allows character 'e' in place of Integers. I have the screenshot regarding this.

If you think it's weird that you can type an "e" in a number field, you should file issues with the browsers that allow it. This is not an issue in the HTML spec (nor HTML differences).
