In 2 Basics, we read

"It is a static error [err:XQST0070] if the namespace URI for an EQName is http://www.w3.org/2000/xmlns/."

In errors we find

"err:XPST0133

    It is a static error [err:XPST0133] if the namespace URI for an EQName is http://www.w3.org/2000/xmlns/."


XPST0133 appears not to be referenced in the text and is redundant.  This is also an error in XP3.0/XQ3.0.

At the meeting on 2016-07-19, the WG agreed to resolve this as suggested.
Action A-650-07 raised to track this.
