I only noticed this in the diff version of the internal draft: https://www.w3.org/XML/Group/qtspecs/specifications/xquery-31/html/xpath-31-diff.html (member only).

In 3.11.2.2 and in 3.11.2.3 the text "[ERROR 0138 NOT FOUND]" pops up.

Not sure it is worth fixing, as it only happens in the diff version.
