XQST0079 should be removed from appendix F (see bug 29225).

Also the corresponding log entry is J.3.1, bullet 9.  This log entry references bug 29246 but instead it should reference 29225.

Hi Josh, this is clearly editorial, since that error code is redundant.  As an editor of this spec, feel free to make this change and close the bug.
