The second example in http://www.w3.org/TR/xslt-30/#element-iterate has a single quote in the `href` attribute of the `xsl:stream`:

<account>
  <xsl:stream href="'transactions.xml">

which should simply be

<account>
  <xsl:stream href="transactions.xml">
