in, ARIA 1.1 Name Computation, step 2H says to use "tooltip attributes." Is the “tooltip attribute” for HTML is just @title, or are there more? Is there a full tooltip computation? If there's a computation, where is it documented?'

Please add a clearly labeled list of tooltip attributes, and, if appropriate, steps for calculating tooltips.
