The tests in the xs-dateTimeStamp test set seem to be duplicated. The set contains 6 tests: 
xs-dateTimeStamp-1, xs-dateTimeStamp-2, xs-dateTimeStamp-3;
fn-xs-dateTimeStamp-1, fn-xs-dateTimeStamp-2, fn-xs-dateTimeStamp-3

The second set of 3 seems to be a renamed copy of the first *except* that in xs-dateTimeStamp-3 the expected error has been modified (and so the error in fn-xs-dateTimeStamp-3 is incorrect). I think this second set of 3 tests should be removed.

I have removed the duplicated test cases.
