Description Abel Braaksma 2015-09-23 18:00:59 UTC
In 16.3.2. fn:transform, last para under Rules, the text reads:

"It is ·implementation-defined· whether the XSLT transformation is executed within the same [TERMDEF IN XP31]execution scope as the calling code."

In other words: the TERMDEF is broken somehow.

Fixed.
