Description Michael Kay 2015-08-26 16:25:01 UTC
Tests suntest/xsd015.e, suntest/xsd016e, and Microsoft MS-Regex2006-07-15 contain schema documents that are claimed to be invalid because they contain references to absent components. However the spec is adamant that a reference to an absent component does not make the schema invalid, it merely results (potentially) in validation being incomplete.

I am therefore going to mark these tests as "disputed".
