Trivial errors:

(a) there are two xrefs pointing to the F+O 3.0 spec that should point locally into F+O 3.1

(b) Rules para 2, "The function returns an ·implementation dependent· value with ^^ property that, for any two strings $K1 and $K2:

Missing "the" at "^^".
