Description Michael Kay 2015-07-10 23:14:01 UTC
In 5.3.3 (UCA collations), the lang parameter of the collation URI is specified by means of an informal reference to the lang attribute of xsl:sort. This should either be a formal normative reference to the XSLT specification including chapter and verse, or the relevant definition should be copied into the F+O spec.
Comment 1 Jonathan Robie 2015-07-15 19:08:22 UTC
The Working Group believes it is sufficient to say that lang must be in the value space of xs:language.
Comment 2 Michael Kay 2015-07-15 23:38:51 UTC
The change has been applied.
